Company History In early 2002, Andrew Cohen and Rick Baer founded American Commercial Realty Corp. (ACR) as a private company to facilitate the acquisition, ownership, and management of shopping centers and office buildings throughout the United States. ACR currently provides advisory, management and related services to private investors in many states. In addition, ACR provides leasing, management and construction management services to owners' properties in the Eastern United States. The company opened its first offices in Palm Beach Gardens in 2002 and has now expanded to Plantation and Miami, Florida.
