  • 2009 - Regency Village in Orlando, FL; an 83,000 square foot Publix anchored retail complex was purchased.
  • 2009 - Datura Place, a 67,000 square foot office building in downtown West Palm Beach anchored by the HealthCare District of Palm Beach County has also been added to the American Commercial Realty Corp. family.
