  • August 2012, Birmingham, AL - American Commercial Realty Corp. announces the Grand Opening celebration for its three newest merchants at Roebuck Marketplace - 9150 Parkway East, Birmingham, AL.

  • June 2012 - Acquisition of Daytona Promenade Shopping Center was purchased by an affiliate and is leased and managed by American Commercial Realty Corp. The shopping center is 152,704 square feet and hosts family Dollar, PNC Bank and Planet Fitness.
  • November 2011 - St. Charles' Mark Twain Mall renamed to Mark Twain Village
  • June 2011 - Bartow Plaza signed leases for CATO stores, Verizon Wireless and Integrated Pharmaceutical. All Stores are open for business.
  • June 2011 - Pinecrest Town Center signed new leases with EWM Realtors, Coldwell Banker and Back 2 Back Clothing. Chase Bank branch is opening a new branch at the SW corner of the center on Dixie Highway. The property is fully integrated for access and parking.
  • June 2011 - Roebuck Marketplace added Harbor Freight.
