Glen Rosenberg - General Counsel
Glen Rosenberg joined American Commercial Realty (“ACR”) in April of 2018 as General Counsel. Mr. Rosenberg brings over two decades of diverse legal, real estate, corporate, management, and operations experience to ACR. He joins ACR after nearly ten years at Merchants’ National Properties, Inc. and its management and operating arm, Marx Realty & Improvement Co., Inc. in New York City, where he served as Vice President, General Counsel, overseeing a nationwide portfolio of retail, commercial and office assets. Prior to joining Merchants and Marx, Mr. Rosenberg served as Vice President and General Counsel at a real estate owner, operator and developer in South Florida. Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg was Vice President and Counsel at a publicly traded real estate investment trust in New York City, New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Inc. (now known as Brixmor Property Group).
Mr. Rosenberg graduated cum laude from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
