Madeleine Humphreys, CPM® - Director of Property Management
Madeleine Humphreys, CPM® joins ACR with over 20 years of property management experience in the South Florida market, working for some of the nation's top management companies and REIT's including CBRE and Regency Centers. Ms. Humphreys has a proven track record of successfully maximizing income and value for owners and clients while creating and sustaining valuable relationships with clients and tenants. In her last position with Core Communities, Ms. Humphreys effectively created, implemented and led the property management division while being an instrumental part of the development team for The Landing at Tradition Port St. Lucie, FL. She as extensive knowledge and experience in financial reporting, lease administration, expense control, relationship building, site risk management, capital improvement implementation, tenant build outs and personnel management.
Ms. Humphreys is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. She earned the Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license. In 2003, Ms. Humphreys was awarded the Property Manager of the Year from IREM's Florida East Coast Chapter #76 and served as the chapter's Vice President in 2005.
